As a distinguished training studio, Fitness Together sets

lifestyle which caused me to be more aware of my nutrition

Schuster's Fitness Together Story
After almost two years of working out at a nearby gym I
realized I was getting bored, the equipment wasn’t always
available and the socializing was making workouts way too
long. I met the FT staff about joining here. I told them I
thought I was in pretty good shape (We have since laughed
about that)!
He introduced me to my trainer and I am now in my second
year here working out three mornings a week.
Everything has been fantastic! The environment is so
positive and my trainer is so persuasive! He now has me
doing cardio three or more days a week!
I am a huge fan of all the staff, especially my trainer, the
facility, the intense 45 minutes workout and my personal
results!

Last June, I was ready for a big physical change. Within
three months, I was back in my clothes and feeling better
and stronger than I had in years. -Christine
Christine has lost 15 lbs and 2 inches off her hips and
waist since June 2007. The improvement in her stamina and
strength allows her to be competitive on multiple indoor
soccer teams. She is also a mother of two and a small
business owner.

"For someone who schedules life in Outlook, what better way
to intertwine regular exercise with everything else but a
hard and fast appointment to do it. The usual “I don’t feel
like it right now” rationalization has little influence
because…they’re waiting…the enthusiastic and creative
personal trainer at Fitness Together. In my case, that is
Craig Hudkins who consistently crafts challenging, yet
feasible routines to coax my sedentary muscles into action.
Each session speeds by with a fast-paced sequence of
exercises using weights, bars, and balls interspersed with
chit chat about whatever comes to mind. The best aspect for
me is not having to think about what exercise to do next,
which weight to use, or how many reputations. I just show up
and do what Craig says. At the end, I have completed a
demanding, well-rounded workout. Over time, improved
strength, mobility, balance, and looser clothing are
powerful motivators to incorporate additional exercise apart
from the personal training sessions. Equally motivating is
the obvious fact that Craig and the other trainers derive
satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment by the
improvements I and fellow clients make. For anyone who has
time slots available on his/her Outlook calendar and has
been contemplating more exercise, I say make personal
training appointments at Fitness Together."

"I Was just thinking this
afternoon about how something really great happens only once
or twice in our lifetime. Every so often something comes
along that defies the conventional. Fitness Together is just
that. Most of my life I tried my own do-it-yourself work out
routines. Nothing seemed to work. I put in a lot time but
got little results UNTIL I signed up for One-on-One training
with your clinic. The personal instructions and individual
training made all the difference.
Right in the middle of my major improvements something
tragic happened to me. I blew out a knee on a skiing trip
that stopped me cold in my tracks; so I thought. With
surgery staring me in the face I started to lose hope. All
my hard work was deteriorating right before my eyes. Then I
sat down with Joel and Nate and begin to analyze just what I
could do to continue my workouts, modifying my routine to
favor my bad knee.
Rather than discontinuing because of the surgery, I accepted
the coaching and proceeded to follow the workout plan and
even though I have a lot of healing yet to accomplished, my
goals are still being achieved. I am delighted with my gains
to date and my rehab from the surgery is expected to be 60%
faster than just dropping out. Thank you for your help and
