The Fitness Together staff consists of highly qualified fitness professionals with a passion for helping people reach their health and fitness goals. Our trainers are not only nationally certified but also hold degrees in the health and fitness field.

Fitness has been my passion for over twenty years which is why I decided to combine my passion and my occupation. I am blessed to be able to do what I love for a living. Being healthy is a way of life. Each day I try to make healthy choices. Whether it is the food I eat, the time I set aside for exercise, or how I relax. The more healthy choices I make the better I feel. This is the philosophy I pass on to our clients. Healthy living for a better life.

As part of the Fitness Together team I enjoy putting those long years of studying Exercise Science into practice. I strongly believe in a holistic approach to health and fitness and drawing on my experience in aerobics, kickboxing, dance, yoga and bodybuilding to create eclectic, fun and effective workouts for our clients.

Fitness has been an integral part of my life for the last 14 years and will continue through the rest of my life. As a track coach and an assistant martial arts instructor I knew I found my passion, which is why I decided to get into personal training. I enjoy helping people to set goals for themselves, to see them succeed, and give them the knowledge to continue exercising for the rest of their lives.
