Nate Allen, CPT - CSCS
I enjoy training. I have great passion for working with our
clients and assisting them in improving their physical and
mental well being as well as their overall quality of life.
Watching them gain strength, confidence and reach their
goals gives me great satisfaction. It’s great being
part of a positive change in people’s lives. |

Craig Hudkins, CPT
Fitness has been my passion for over twenty years which is
why I decided to combine my passion and my occupation. I am
blessed to be able to do what I love for a living. Being
healthy is a way of life. Each day I try to make healthy
choices. Whether it is the food I eat, the time I set aside
for exercise, or how I relax. The more healthy choices I
make the better I feel. This is the philosophy I pass on to
our clients. Healthy living for a better life. |

I enjoy training individuals because I get to work with all
sorts of clients. We work hard to improve each person’s
fitness, appearance, and best of all their self-esteem. I
feel lucky that I get to change people’s lives every day. |

Morgan Johnson, CPT
Fitness has been an integral part of my life for the last 14
years and will continue through the rest of my life. As a
track coach and an assistant martial arts instructor I knew
I found my passion, which is why I decided to get into
personal training. I enjoy helping people to set goals for
themselves, to see them succeed, and give them the knowledge
to continue exercising for the rest of their lives. |
